このごろ、夏に向けてばっさり切った髪型が、だいぶ落ち着いてきました。首周りが涼しいと、体感温度がだいぶ違いますね。風が通るたび、気持ちいいです。
山梨の風は、さわやかで好きです。山から下りてくる風だからかなぁ？
今回は、刻印を打つ練習です。
刻印を打つのは、昔から憧れていて、オーダーに合わせて打刻するのって素敵だなーと思っていたのですが...
これまた、定位置にズレずに打刻することや、打った文字の強さ(深さ)を均一にするなど、とってもシビアな技術でした！
私が最初にした練習は、これです。
２㍉×２㍉にけがいた線上に、数字、アルファベット、SVなどの文字を打刻します。
刻印を打つときのポイントは、きちんとルーペで位置を確認すること、左手でしっかりと刻印を支え、ぶらさないこと。
軽く360°全体に力が行き渡るように打つこと。
裕治さんは、カンカンッとリズミカルに打っていきますが、わたしはかなーりスローペースでした。
この、文字板練習の後、実際に指輪に打つという更なる難関が...！
まっすぐな板に打つのと、曲面に打刻するのでは、また難しさが違い...。
最初に打った指輪は、見るも無残になってしまいました、指輪さんごめんなさい。。
刻印は、指輪の仕上げ工程で行う大事な作業です。
息を止めて、しっかりと指に全神経を込めます...！
早くかっこよく打てるようになりたい！！と切に思うのでした。
